To Report Outages and Emergencies

If the power goes out, or if there is an emergency involving electricity, you need service as fast as possible. The fastest way to get repairs is to call the electricity repair team, otherwise known as your TDSP.

The PUCT will ask for specific information including your name, service address, billing address, telephone number, the account number, the relevant facts, what you want done, and any documentation you have. You will also need to include our name, and our certificate number, which is 10140.
